Curriculum and Educational Programs
Our curriculum is guided by the New Brunswick Curriculum Framework for Early Learning and Childcare – English, which is designed to meet the developmental needs of children by focusing on their best interests. The framework emphasizes four core areas:

Areas of focuse:
-
Well-being: Promoting physical, emotional, and mental health for children.
-
Play and Playfulness: Encouraging exploration and learning through play, a fundamental aspect of early childhood development.
-
Communication and Literacies: Supporting children in developing communication skills and multiple forms of literacy, including language, symbols, and creative expression.
-
Diversity and Social Responsibility: Instilling an understanding of diversity, inclusivity, and social responsibility from a young age.

Planning and Learning Opportunities:

To ensure a rich learning experience, a written curriculum plan is in place, offering a variety of pedagogical opportunities that foster exploration and development. This is demonstrated through:
-
Weekly Program: Outlines the overall learning objectives and activities planned for the week, ensuring that children engage in diverse experiences.
-
Daily Activity Sheets: Provide detailed descriptions of daily activities, including playtime, learning tasks, and special projects tailored to meet the developmental needs of the children.
This structured approach ensures a balanced and responsive learning environment where children can thrive both individually and as part of a community.

Learning Programs for Children Development we aim to further explore more opportunities to develop a curriculum for children using their skills.
